PM says Quang Binh needs to capitalize on potential, opportunity, competitive edge to develop
(VOVWORLD) - Quang Binh province needs to rely on its distinct potential, outstanding opportunities, and competitive advantages to develop and rely on self-reliance to turn nothing into existence, turn difficulties into easiness, and turn the impossible into possible, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said on Wednesday.

During a working visit to the central province on Wednesday, Prime Minister Chinh worked with key leaders of the province on socio-economic development in 2021 and orientations and tasks in 2022.
He urged Quang Binh to make greater efforts as 2022 is forecast to be a challenging year with unpredictable natural disasters and complicated pandemic.
“The objective is to develop sustainably, in size and depth, to improve the people's spiritual and material life, to stabilize politics, and to ensure national security and defense,” Mr. Chinh said, “The development planning of Quang Binh province must be finalized promptly, with innovative thinking, foresight, and methodical investment to calculate the overall planning problem.”
Prime Minister Chinh also asked Quang Binh to focus on reforming administrative procedures, improving provincial competitiveness, creating a favorable and open investment environment, developing strategic infrastructure to strengthen regional connectivity, with a focus on digital infrastructure and climate change response infrastructure.
