It is crucial to promote public-private partnerships, domestic and international cooperation, and the mobilization of resources for training, the PM said at the first meeting of the National Steering Committee for Semiconductor Industry Development.

“The development of the semiconductor industry is an essential requirement, a strategic breakthrough, and a key task that we must do and accomplish,” said Mr. Chinh. 

This endeavor requires the engagement of the entire political system, the people, businesses, and investors, and support of the international community, he noted. “Our goal is to ensure socio-economic development based on science, technology, and innovation, with the semiconductor industry being a priority."
