Truong Thi Mai, Politburo Member, Party Central Committee (PCC) secretary and head of PCC Commission for Mass Mobilisation, highlighted the achievements of Vietnam in her speech. She is currently on an official visit of Qatar along with a delegation of Vietnamese officials. She praised the embassy staff for their contributions to boosting bilateral ties between Vietnam and Qatar, asking them to do more to ensure the best conditions for Vietnamese people living and working in Qatar.

Talking to members of the Vietnamese community in Qatar, Ms. Truong Thi Mai urged them to exert more efforts and do their best to achieve further success for themselves and the host country.

As part of her visit to Qatar from August 17 to 21, Ms. Mai and her entourage will meet with leaders of Qatar’s Government, Parliament, the Foreign Ministry, and the Ministry of Administration Development, Labor, and Social Issues.
