(VOVworld)- Politburo member Le Hong Anh has asked Vietnam’s Union of Scientific and Technological Associations to create a more responsive environment and make it easier for academics to popularize the human quintessence amongst the community.

He added this would contribute to a rise in public’s intellect and the effective application of scientific and technological advances in life and production. He made the remarks today/Wednesday while meeting with the Union’s leaders and staff in Hanoi. The senior official also urged the union to use every leading specialist, manager, and scientist to consult the party and the government during the policy-making process.
