Preparations for the 9th meeting of 13th National Assembly
(VOVworld) – The 38th session of the National Assembly Standing Committee will be held early next week in Hanoi in preparation for the upcoming 9th meeting of the 13th National Assembly.

The Committee is expected to discuss additional Government reports on the implementation of socio-economic development plans and the State budget during 2014 and in the first months of this year, plans to allocate over budget collection in 2014 and the balance of State budget in 2013. Participants will give opinions on the reports and projects of the Supreme People’s Procuracy and Supreme People’s Court. Reports on practicing thrift and combating wastefulness in 2014, the revised Civil Code, the draft Law on Referendums, a Law on Meteorology and Hydrology and amendments to the Veterinary Law will also be discussed.
