He reiterated the Vietnamese Party and government’s consistent policy of considering overseas Vietnamese an indispensable part of the nation, and creating the best possible conditions for them to adapt to their host country while preserving their national culture.

President Quang called on the Vietnamese community to uphold the tradition of showing mutual affection and contributing their ideas to national construction and development.

He asked the Vietnamese Embassy to help the fellow-countrymen deal with residence, business, and trade difficulties while promoting the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and Russia.
