Mr. Phuc said voters’ concerns show their deep understanding of the nation’s development and key issues for the growth of the city and its two districts.

Mr. Phuc proposed solutions to boost investment and improve education, healthcare, and social welfare in rural areas, including Cu Chi and Hoc Mon.

“We will ask the National Assembly and Government to continue economic reforms to create a more open and favorable environment for businesses and investors, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises. Special attention should be paid to individual household businesses to help them grow into larger enterprises,” said Mr. Phuc.
