In his writing to the memorial book, the President praised the late Prime Minister as a larger than life culturalist and leader of the Party and the State, a talented diplomat and an exemplary disciple and close aide of President Ho Chi Minh who devoted entirely to national independence and socialism.

Also on Wednesday, President Phuc visited and presented gifts to workers in Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company.
