President receives new ambassadors

(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang received the new ambassadors of Bangladesh, Greece, and Saudi Arabia who presented their credentials on Monday. He told Bangladeshi ambassador Saha Ula that the two countries need to increase high-level visits and expand cooperation in all areas. He added that Vietnam is ready to share its experience with Bangladesh in reducing poverty, caring for mothers and infants, and responding to climate change.

Welcoming ambassador Nicolas Dekanelos of Greece, President Sang said that once the EU-Vietnam FTA is signed next year, it will open new trade opportunities between Vietnam and Greece.

He told ambassador Dakhin Al Johani of Saudi Arabia that he hopes Saudi Arabia will increase its investment in major projects in Vietnam, adding that Vietnam will create the best possible conditions for Saudi Arabian businesses to operate in the country.
