President requests strengthening law-governed socialist state building
(VOVWORLD) - President Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Head of the Steering Committee for the Project on “Strategy to build and fine-tune socialist law-governed Vietnamese state until 2030 and Orientation to 2045”, chaired a meeting on strengthening the law-governed state building on Thursday.

In his address, the President stressed the need to improve the performance of investigation agencies to fulfill assigned tasks while ensuring human rights and citizen rights.
President Phuc said it’s important to strengthen the implementation of the judgement of criminal cases toward better ensuring human rights, enhancing coordination between agencies in implementing judgement of criminal, civil, and administrative cases, and upgrade infrastructure to better serve the judgement and judicial reform.
