(VOVworld) - President Tran Dai Quang says Japan has become Vietnam’s key partner with expanded political trust and economic cooperation.

He told the visiting Vietnam – Japan special ambassador Ryotaro Sugi in Hanoi on Friday that Vietnam welcomes Japanese investors and wanted to promote clean agriculture and processing industry. Ambassador Sugi said both sides need to promote education, training, tourism and people to people exchanges.
