President Truong Tan Sang addresses the Congress

(VOVworld) – The first Congress of the Vietnam War Veterans’ Business Association opened on Wednesday in Hanoi. The establishment of the association is intended to connect businesspeople who are war veterans and promote the members’ potentials for the development of their enterprises and the country. Speaking at the event, President Truong Tan Sang urged the association to abide by its principles and to achieve its goals: “The association needs to disseminate the Party guidelines and State laws and policies so as businesses run by former war veterans will be a role model in complying with laws and building a civilized lifestyle and working environment. These enterprises should help enhance the material and spiritual life of the workers and be truly “Uncle Ho soldiers” in the economic front”.
