Prime Minister works with Hai Phong’s key leaders
(VOVWORLD) -Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc worked with key leaders of Hai Phong city on Friday on implementation of socio-economic development tasks.
He praised the northern port city’s high growth, compressive development, and people’s improved living conditions. But Prime Minister Phuc urged for construction of underground projects, urban management towards building Hai Phong into a smart city, and investment attraction vision. He also asked the city to pay attention to cultural and social issues, and building new rural areas.

Afterwards, Prime Minister Phuc attended a groundbreaking ceremony for the hi-tech vegetable processing plant Haphofood of Lavifood Company in Tien Lang district.
