Program on socio-economic recovery, development to be issued before Tet
(VOVWORLD) - The Government is expected to approve a program on socio-economic recovery and development before Tet, the traditional lunar New Year Festival.

Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment Tran Duy Dong said the government has assigned the Ministry to sketch out the program with total funding of more than 15 billion USD.
One of the solutions is economic reopening in tandem with improving medical capacity in pandemic combat. Deputy Minister Dong said other tasks include ensuring social welfare, supporting businesses in recovery, developing infrastructure and finetuning institutions and administrative procedures.
He added that administrative reform plays a crucial role in investment attraction after the economic reopening. The ministry suggested the Government to roll out the aid package and complete the disbursement in 2022-2023.
