(VOVworld) – The Youth Union of Ministry of Public Security and the Youth Union’s Central Committee of northern mountainous provinces have agreed to jointly coordinate youth activities to help safeguard local security and order. Their joint program was signed at a ceremony in Tuyen Quang province on Saturday.

Senior lieutenant-general Dang Van Hieu, member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, said: “It’s necessary to adopt detailed plans and thoroughly absorb the joint coordination program among Youth Union’s organizations and members. These organizations need to be more dynamic and creative to renovate their activities to encourage the youth and people to take part in a movement to protect security and order. Youth’s volunteerism should be combined with the development of the movement which involves the entire people in national defense. Related youth’s role models should be replicated”.
