(VOVworld) – The Ministry of Information and Communications and the Vietnam Post Corporation has opened a public postal administrative service.

Addressing the launch ceremony in Hanoi on Friday, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam stressed the importance of the new service: "About 86% of administrative procedures need to be delivered online to the people. The government has asked the Ministry of Information and Communications to mobilize telecommunication, information and postal companies to provide online public services for the entire administrative system. I hope that the Vietnam Postal Corporation will work harder to undertake this task. Administrative agencies should publicize what services among the 124,355 services will be done by post. This is a challenging, but essential task.”
