Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong said that possessing two world heritage sites and rich cultural potential, Quang Ninh’s organization of a large-scale art program is a concrete step in developing the local cultural industry.

“I congratulate Quang Ninh province for staging such a major program, contributing to the development of the cultural industry not only for the province but for Vietnam. Through this model, I also hope other provinces will be inspired and able to organize similar programs,” Mr. Dong said.
