(VOVworld) – The inauguration of the Queen  cable car system and Sun ferris wheel took place on Saturday in Bai Chay tourist resort, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province.

It is part of the Ocean Park Project which has total investment of 6,000 billion VND from the Sun Group on an area of nearly 200 hectares.

At the opening ceremony, Chairman of Quang Ninh provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Long said: “This is a very special tourist product which will help attract a lot more tourists to Quang Ninh province in general and Ha Long city in particular and build Quang Ninh into province with the service sector taking the lead by 2020.”

Representatives of Guinness World Record awarded two certificates for the Queen cable car system: the world’s biggest capacity cabin and the world’s tallest cable pillar.
