(VOVworld) – The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on Monday launched a project to ensure stable access to water and sanitation in rural areas. The World Bank funded a project called “the Red River Delta Rural Water Supply and Sanitation” to build and repair safe water works and toilets in 8 northern cities and provinces. The project total cost is 230 million USD and will benefit 1.7 million residents.
