(VOVworld) – A workshop on young human resources in nuclear science and technology was held on Friday in Hanoi.

The event, co-organized by the Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute and Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, focused on the role of youthful human resources in research and application in nuclear science and technology. Tran Chi Thanh, Head of the Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute, said that in the present integration process, it was necessary to have scientists who had the expertise and foreign skills to get access to international scientific information. He added the Institute has supported young staff to improve their research abilities and scientific application for national economic development.
