Revised anti-corruption law to be submitted to National Assembly’s next session
(VOVWORLD) - The draft of a revised anti-corruption law will be submitted to the 4th session of the 14th National Assembly for approval.
Nguyen Tuan Anh, deputy director of the Government Inspectorate’s Legal Department, said the draft law compiled by the Government Inspectorate focuses on transparency and responsibility of heads of anti-corruption agencies: “The Government Inspectorate is coordinating with relevant agencies to finalize the draft law. The law promotes transparency and responsibility on the part of leaders. The law needs revision after 10 years in effect”.
