(VOVworld) – The Republic of Korea (RoK) is closely following changes in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and will make a stern response to any possible provocations. The statement by Unification Ministry spokesman Lim Byeong-cheol came on Monday, a day after the DPRK fired short-range projectiles, presumed to be tactical missiles, into Japanese waters. Lim told reporters that Seoul will maintain its position of building trust through cooperation and dialogue with Pyongyang.
