Valery Gerasimov, chief of the general staff of Russia's armed forces, told Putin that the missile travelled 14,000 km and was in the air for about 15 hours during a test last Tuesday. According to Gerasimov, that was not its maximum limit.
Russia also conducted exercises of its strategic nuclear forces, including the launch of cruise missiles.
