Russia’s Friendship Order bestowed upon Vietnam’s deputy minister
(VOVWORLD) - Deputy Defence Minister Nguyen Chi Vinh received the Order of Friendship of Russia on Monday for his contributions to the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.

Russian Ambassador to Vietnam Vnukov Konstantin Vasilievich expressed his belief that as head of the Vietnamese sub-committee of the Inter-governmental Coordinating Committee for the Vietnam-Russia Tropical Centre, Mr. Vinh will continue to contribute to coordination with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, other ministries and sectors, and the Embassy of Russia.
Mr. Vinh noted that in more than 30 years of development, the Vietnam-Russia Tropical Centre has been an effective cooperation model in military technology and held an important position in the bilateral relationship. He urged continued support from the State, ministries, and sectors of Russia.
