(VOVWORLD) - Seven Vietnamese firms have been named to Forbes Asia’s “Best Over A Billion” list of 200 top-performing companies in the Asia-Pacific region with revenues of 1 billion USD or more.
They are Vingroup, Mobile World Investment Corporation, Vietjet Aviation (Vietjet Air), Vietnam Dairy Products Company (Vinamilk), Masan Group, Saigon Beer-Alcohol-Beverage Corporation (Sabeco), and Vietnam Technological & Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank).
The “200 Best Over A Billion” search started with a pool of 3,200 listed companies in the Asia-Pacific region with a revenue of 1 billion USD or more in their latest financial year. The ranking is based on 12 criteria including five-year average sales, income growth, return on capital, and projected growth over the next one to two years.
