(VOVworld)- The Government’s Religions Committee and the EU delegation held a workshop on Thursday to exchange legal experience to ensure the freedom of religions. This is a forum for scientists and religious clerics to discuss and acknowledge the state’s efforts in ensuring a legal framework for religious freedom. A draft version of the Law on Religions and Beliefs are being open for public comments to safeguard the freedom of religions in line with international standards. The EU has pledged its readiness to support Vietnam in this process.
