The program was organized by BLOCK71 of the National University of Singapore in cooperation with the Temasek Foundation, the National Innovation Center (NIC), the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, the Singapore Global Network, the Reactor School, Golden Gate Ventures, Google Cloud, and IBM.

With the motto “University to Unicorn”, the program aims to connect the innovation ecosystems of Vietnam and Singapore and help startups founded by university students, alumni, or researchers in Vietnam secure mentors, markets, and investors.

Initially, it planned to provide support for 1,000 founders from top Vietnamese universities, but has already attracted 1,500 applications.
