Agreement between the two parties Socialist and Ciudadanos is not enough for Socialist Party leader Pedro Sánchez to win at the two rounds of voting for the Prime Minister candidacy at the parliament. Meanwhile, acting Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy, leader of the People's Party did not have any support from the two other parties, despite efforts to form a coalition.
