(VOVWORLD) - The 5th Spring Real Estate Forum and the ceremony honoring top real estate brands took place in Hanoi on Wednesday.

Participants discussed the driving forces and prospects for the real estate market this year, identified trends and investment opportunities, and recommended solutions to sustainably develop the market, contributing to a double-digit growth target. Last year Vietnam's real estate market saw a recovery with a growth rate of 3.34%, while the construction industry grew at 7.78%.
At the forum, Top Ten real estate brands and products were honored in the leading real estate developer in Vietnam in 2024, the most promising real estate business 2025, the best resort 2024, and the highest potential tourism and resort real estate project 2025.

Pham Nguyen Toan, Vice Chairman of Vietnam Real Estate Association and Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Real Estate E-Magazine, said, “The event honors leading real estate brands in 2024-2025, which have well adapted and led the market with strategic vision and the ability to create sustainable values. This is an opportunity for businesses to analyze trends, lessons, and strategies for breakthroughs. The awardees were carefully assessed by a Voting Council and millions of readers’ votes.”
The Organizing Board introduced the project of green transition for Vietnam’s real estate market.
