(VOVworld) –Provincial Party Committees of 21 Southern provinces and cities held a conference on Wednesday in Ho Chi Minh city to review the Politburo’s directive on studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example.

The participants agreed that it was essential to be fully aware of the significance of this campaign which focuses on the role and responsibility of Party members and leaders. Nguyen Manh Hung, Vice Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, said: "It is necessary to supervise and define the role and responsibility of the leaders or those in the highest position at the Party Committee level. Penalties should be worked out to reinforce and maintain the implementation of the campaign".
