(VOVWORLD) - The Taliban is looking forward to cooperation with all countries, including Russia, Deputy Minister of Information and Culture Zabihullah Mujahid told the TASS news agency on Monday.
Mujahid said the Taliban is negotiating with Russia, mainly on recognition of its government and resuming the operation of their embassies.
He said the Taliban is working to resume international flights from Kabul airport, adding that this requires an organization that operates to ensure safety in line with international law.
So far, no country has recognised the Taliban government in Afghanistan.
