Team Vietnam to play a friendly against Borussia Dortmund
(VOVWORLD) -The Vietnamese national football team will play German club Borussia Dortmund in a friendly match at 7pm November 30 at My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi.

The match is in the preparation for the Southeast Asian Football Championship (AFF Mitsubishi Electric Cup 2022) scheduled to kick off on December 20.
Secretary General of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) Le Hoai Anh told the press conference on Wednesday: “In recent years cooperation programs between Vietnamese football and German football club has made progress and been effective. Borussia Dortmund’s visit to Vietnam for this friendly affirms the comprehensive and close cooperation between both countries’ football. Fans can’t wait to see the dedicated performances of the two teams in the match considered a warm-up of the Vietnamese national squad for the AFF Cup 2022.”
Julia Farr, Coach of Borussia Dortmund Football Academy and Head of Asia Pacific & International Business Development, said Vietnam is an important market for Borussia Dortmund and the club will play with an official roster of footballers.
