(VOVworld) – Vietnam Children Rights Protection Association has launched its 2nd program help needy children in pursuing their dreams. Scholarships have been granted to 50 outstanding children in school performance despite difficulty living conditions. The program has mobilized social resources support needy children to realize their dreams.
