Truong Sa celebrates 40th liberation anniversary
(VOVworld) – Various activities are underway to mark Truong Sa’s 40
th liberation anniversary. A get-together was held on Friday in Nha Trang City for war veterans who took part in Truong Sa islands’ liberation and construction. The liaison committee for Truong Sa soldiers presented gifts to families of fallen soldiers and set free garlands at sea in commemoration of martyrs who died to protect national sea and islands sovereignty.
A youth festival opened Friday at Naval Zone 4, Khanh Hoa province, where youth union members visited and presented gifts to naval soldiers stationed there.
