UAE ready to facilitate Israel-Palestinian peace efforts
(VOVWORLD) - The UAE’s Crown Prince said Sunday that the UAE is ready to boost peace efforts between Israel and Palestine.

According to the UAE news agency, Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan told Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi in a phone call that the UAE praises Egypt’s efforts to reach a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and is ready to work with any party to find a way to ease tensions and achieve peace.
Israel and Hamas, after 11 days of fighting, reached a ceasefire which began last Friday. At least 240 people, including children, died during recent clashes in the Gaza Strip.
