Unidentified drone downed by Iran’s missile system
(VOVWORLD) -Chief of the Iranian Army Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi said an unidentified drone that flew over Iran’s southern port city of Mahshar on Friday was downed by Iran’s Mersad defense missile system.

General Mousavi said the origin and objective of the drone are still unknown. He explained that they can’t yet positively identify the drone as they have not yet retrieved all parts of the device, but it was flying at a low altitude when it was targeted by Iran’s homegrown system.
