US lifts arms embargo against Ukraine
(VOVWORLD) - A Special Representative of the US State Department for Ukraine negotiations, said the US has lifted its embargo on arms to Ukraine and will treat it like a normal country.

Kurt Volker said US will now supply Ukraine with anti-tank weapons and anti-sniper systems. He noted that a country has a right to self-defense, and if a country has gaps in its national security strategy, its friends and allies can talk about how to fill those gaps.
