(VOVWORLD) - US President Donald Trump said during his 3-day visit to London on Monday that talks on a trade deal between the US and Britain have been undertaken.
He said on a Twitter post that a big trade deal is possible once the UK gets rid of its shackles. According to the White House, President Trump supports Brexit being accomplished in a way that will not affect global economic and financial stability while also securing the independence of the UK. Trump earlier urged Prime Minister Theresa May's successor to leave the European Union with no deal.
