(VOV) – Vietnamese Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh and US Secretary of State John Kerry had a telephone conversation on Saturday.
After congratulating the Vietnamese people on the Lunar New Year Festival, Mr. Kerry said the Obama administration continues to treasure and wants to boost relations with Vietnam in its second term. Mr. Minh expressed his hope that Mr. Kerry will contribute to developing the Vietnam – US relationship in the interest of both peoples and the peace, stability, and development of the world.
