This year’s program aims to promote solutions to address challenges in agricultural sustainable development, environment, climate change, women empowerment and inclusive entrepreneurship. A grand event will take place in late October to honor selected initiatives and entries nationwide. VCCI Vice Secretary General Tran Thi Lan Anh said the program encourages young talents with start-up aspiration: “The national biennial program seeks for and promotes business initiatives for the community. It aims to cascade positive impact to address social and environmental issues and build up a pro-business and society eco-system.”  

The “Blue Swallow” program which was first organized  in 2017 has honored 88 business projects that help address most urgent social and environmental issues. A participating initiative has an opportunity to access financial resources amounting to 300,000 USD.
