Madam Thinh said, “I want authorities and the whole society to ensure children's rights and give them the best possible care, because they are the future of our country.”

She called for “particular care to children in areas affected by natural disasters, children in ethnic minority areas, children suffering from debilitating diseases, and children living in difficult circumstances."

"This program provides timely support to help them return to school and live a better life,” said the Vice President.

The "Spring for Children" program is an annual activity of the National Fund for Vietnamese Children. In 13 years, the Fund has raised 51 million USD and helped one million disadvantaged children.
