During a reception for visiting Chief Executive Officer & Director at Manulife Financial Corp Roy Gori in Hanoi on Thursday, Thinh congratulated Manulife Vietnam on its positive business results after nearly 20 years of its operation, becoming the largest life insurance company in Vietnam. She appreciated the firm’s commitment to joining social and humanitarian activities in the country. She suggested Manulife participate more in social and humanitarian activities, especially in disadvantaged localities, and serve as a bridge for Canadian firms to increase investment in Vietnam, contributing to promoting economic and trade cooperation between the two nations. Roy Gori affirmed that his firm has operated successfully in the Vietnamese market. He said Manulife hopes to further grow in the coming time, thus continuously contributing to Vietnam’s development.
