Vietnam Ancestral Global Day 2021 celebrated in Russia
(VOVWORLD) - A ceremony was held in Saint Petersburg, Russia, on Wednesday to commemorate the Hung Kings Death Anniversary, the 10th day of the third lunar month.

Mr. Tran Phu Thuan, Vice Chairman of the Vietnamese Association in Russia, praised the spirit of gratitude of overseas Vietnamese and said the event demonstartes Vietnamese unity and pride.
A conference on the impact of the Hung King era on Vietnam’s history was organized in Saint Petersburg the same day. Participants discussed the role of worshiping the Hung Kings in developing Vietnam’s national identity. They expressed admiration for the Vietnamese people in national defense, development, and cultural preservation.
