(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung says Vietnam is ready to lift the reltionship with Uckraine to a new height. The PM made the statement while receiving visiting Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kostyantyn Gryshchenk in Hanoi on Wednesday. Mr. Dung suggested that both sides will negotiate the free trade area agreement on an early date. He also urged Ukraine to facilitate Vietnamese seafood's access the Ukrainian market, provide more scholarships for Vietnamese students and create favourable conditions for the Vietnamese community there. During his visit to Vietnam from March 7-8, Ukrainian FM Kostyantyn Gryshchenko  held talks with his Vietnamese counterpart Pham Binh Minh and visited Hanoi Temple of Literature and the Vietnam History Museum. At the talks between two FMs,  the two sides agreed on specific measures to further promote bilateral cooperation between the two countries. They informed each other about the situation in their respective countries and external policies, and reviewed bilateral cooperation. They highlighted the results of cooperation through high-level visits, providing fresh impetus for enhancing cooperation in various fields. The two FMs discussed ways to boost Vietnam-Ukraine cooperation in economics, trade, investment, education and training, and science and technology, and agreed to coordinate their actions at international forums. They also exchanged measures to increase cooperation between the two Foreign Ministries and to effectively implement this year’s cooperation plan.
