Vietnam asks for Singapore's cooperation in COVID-19 vaccine access
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam asks for close cooperation with Singapore in pandemic control and safe COVID-19 vaccine access, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh told Singapore’s new Ambassador Jaya Ratnam during a reception in Hanoi on Wednesday.

The Deputy Prime Minister said he expects for further development in bilateral ties, an early organization of the 15th Vietnam Singapore Connectivity Ministerial Meeting and the 14th political consultation this year, while boosting cooperation in digital economy, smart city, infrastructure and IT.
He urged the Ambassador to promote cultural and tourism cooperation and people to people exchanges towards the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties and 10th anniversary of strategic partnership in 2023.
Ambassador Jaya Ratnam pledged to promote bilateral strategic partnership with more practical results.
