Vietnam attracts more South Korean tourists

(VOVWORLD) - Nearly 3.5 million South Koreans visited Vietnam in 2018, making South Korea the second biggest feeder market for Vietnamese tourism, according to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.

In the first five months of this year, Vietnam welcomed 1.7 million tourists from South Korea, up 22.4% from last year.

To maintain the increase, Nguyen Ngoc Thien, Vietnam’s Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism will visit and work in South Korea's Seoul and Daegu city later this month.
