Vietnam confirms 194 Covid-19 cases, 10 to be discharged from hospital
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam’s confirmed Covid-19 cases rose to 194 with 6 more new cases linked to Bach Mai Hospital in Hanoi, the Ministry of Health said early Monday. All the 6 new patients, who are being under treatment, work for Truong Sinh Co. Ltd., that has provided services for Bach Mai hospital.
According to the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control, 4 patients were discharged from hospital on Sunday afternoon, while 53 others have tested negative for SARS-CoV-2 for 2-4 times, 10 of whom are expected to be discharged from hospital later Monday.
Patients are under treatment at 22 health facilities. 1 of the 3 patients receiving intensive care has shown signs of recovery and no longer needs ventilator.
