Vietnam Defense Whitebook introduced in Algeria
(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnamese Embassy in Algeria have introduced the 2019 White Paper on Vietnamese National Defense at events to mark the 30th anniversary of All People Defense Day and the 75th founding anniversary of the Vietnamese People’s Army.

The Deputy Head of Mission Trinh The Hung said cooperative defense relations build trust between countries. He said he hopes Vietnam-Algeria defense cooperation will be strengthened and build the two countries’ strategic partnership.
Defense Attache Duong Duc Thuan said Vietnam respects every country’s independence and sovereignty and is determined to protect its own sovereignty, sovereign rights, and jurisdiction rights in its waters under international law.
