Under the agreement, the two sides will prioritise comprehensive development programs for men’s and women’s football, focusing on the arrangement of friendly matches and training sessions in Vietnam and Germany, along with professional youth football development and training exchanges. They will also collaborate in marketing, fundraising, communications and trade activities  and send experts from Germany as goalkeepers and fitness coaches for Vietnam’s youth teams. VfL Wolfsburg is a professional football club based in Wolfsburg of Germany’s Lower Saxony state. The agreement lasts until 2021 and may be extended in the coming years.
