Vietnam pledges favorable conditions for US production and investment
(VOVWORLD) - Head of the Party Central Committee’s Economic Commission Tran Tuan Anh held an online working session on Thursday with the US-ASEAN Business Council (USABC) and representatives from nearly 40 US business groups.

He told the delegates that Vietnam always treasures its relations with the US, one of Vietnam’s leading partners, and committed to facilitating US production and investment in Vietnam against COVID-19 impact.
Delegates made recommendations on bilateral cooperation in energy, agriculture, finance, technology, agriculture and economic recovery after the pandemic.
Vietnam wished for further US investment in the country in the areas of the US strengths and local needs to foster business connection to the global value chain.
The USABC delegation praised Vietnam's efforts to fight COVID-19 and committed to promoting practical cooperation with Vietnam and its economic recovery.
